Bill Rooney, Founder and CEO
As founder and CEO of BDE Computer Services, Bill is responsible for the overall direction and management of the organization. Before founding the company in 1998, Bill spent more than two decades in technical management roles for several major corporations in the private sector. He originally became interested in computers working with CAD systems. Bill regularly speaks at business forums and is often quoted in the media.  He holds a Bachelor's of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Larry Davis, VP Sales & Marketing
Larry has more than two decades of experience in technical sales and management and is an expert in operational assessments and business process improvements.  He is currently a principal with Altitude Unlimited, a Management Consultancy specializing in Revenue Growth programs which leverage technology to drive the top line. He was previously a Senior Partner with a multinational business consultancy and Vice-president of Marketing for LeCroy, a world leader in test and measurement.  He holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.

Jeff Menkes, Technical Manager
Jeff is an expert in Information Technology and networking.  He has deployed networks for hundreds of clients in various industry sectors.  Jeff is responsible for the technical team at BDE and performs regular supervisory and support calls with clients to validate satisfactory results for BDE services.

Menachem Bazian, Custom Development Manager
Menachem is a recognized expert in database and custom software development. He has worked on hundreds of custom applications ranging from Customer Relationship Management systems to billing systems and has a broad background in business and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Menachem is a graduate of Queens College with a Bachelor's of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems and is a Certified Information Technology Professional by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
